You can manage your payment information by navigating to “Account” and selecting “Subscriptions & Payments.” Look for the link below your subscription plans that says, “To update your payment details, click here.” This will redirect you to a secure Stripe page where you can update your details hassle-free.

Why does my subscription still show as “free” after upgrading?

Sometimes, it can take up to 24 hours for your subscription to update, though it usually happens within seconds. If it’s been longer than a day and your plan still shows as “free,” try logging out and back in to refresh your account. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team for assistance.
